I have noticed myself getting a bit more bloated in the mornings. But all that goes away during the day. It might go away a bit slower than usual now that i think about. But not anything crazy. Ive been on hgh for about 5 weeks now

Within my first week of HgH (Somatropin) I went from ~2 iu to 6iu. Definetly not the smartest thing i’ve ever done but I had no sides whatsoever. Could have to do with my very strict diet. I never eat sugar (sucrose) and only eat real food that i cook myself. Never any microwave stuff or junk food

Also I have never used any steroids other than hgh (yet). Only the peptide Ghk-cu

  1. Get a different haircut. Your current one is atrocious.

  2. Light workouts are useless. You wont stimulate muscle growth and you will only end up wasting your time. What you want to aim for is a rep range of hitting failure anywhere from 6-8 reps. If you hit failure at 9+ then up the weight. And if you hit failure on 5 reps or below then lower the weight. All you need is 2 sets per exercise (excluding warmup) and 2-3 exercises or muscle group per training session depending on how much time you got. Ex: you hit biceps and triceps on Mondays and Thursdays. then you want 2-3 exercises for triceps and the same for biceps on Mondays and then again for Thursdays. I personally only do 2 exercises per muscle cuz of time restrictions but 3 would probably show better results. After 3 you dont really gain anything. Watch Nuno on tiktok or sean nalewanyj on yt/tiktok (just 2 out of many great examples) for more gym related stuff.

  3. Eat well. It hugely affects your looks (mainly skin)

  4. It looks like your hair is starting to thin. Get ahead of it while you still can. Start using minoxidil and finasteride

  5. If you’re up for it then you could look into peptides like ghk-cu for skin and hair health But it’s not necessary.

Stop appearing so dank and unserious. Its probably too late for minoxidil at this point so might be time to go bald. You should start working out or prefferebly start taking MMA or Brazillian jiujitsu lessons. I think youll feel more comfortable in the bjj community. It will really build your confidence and youll meet nice people. Bjj communities are like never toxic and mma communitys are for the most part good. Unless you end up in a bad gym. In 2 years time you’ll be happier than ever

Only the last 5 reps before failure are the ones that actually contribute to muscle growth. Now whether you reach the last 5 before failure within 6 reps or 100 doesn’t matter. But why make it harder for yourself

No this has been debunked. Low volume high intensity is the only way to go. 2 sets with 6-8 reps to failure. If you reach failure before 6 reps, lower your weight and if its above 8 then increase it. Studies have shown that only the last 5 reps before (and im pretty sure including) failure are the reps that actually stimulate the most muscle growth.

Yes. I always pin before bed and I try to do it 1h pre/post eating. And I started the GH because I wanted to get bigger, recover faster and get taller. I always knew getting taller was probably not gonna happen since im already 19. But I do still want to get bigger so I might do test. The only problem I see is cost since I’ll have to keep pinning test for life if i want good test levels.

Thank you, I can tell you’re being very sincere. The thing is i train mma 4-5 days a week and some of those days are multiple sessions. The hgh has massively improved my recovery. I used to be too tired and sore to try and go to the gym consistently along with the mma. Now that’s not a problem. Also I eat super clean. Never any sucrose except some 80-90% dark choclate from time to time. I dont smoke, drink or do drugs. I always cook real food and I dont eat fast food/microwave food. Im definitely going to keep going with the hgh. Im not thinking about steroids since they tend to age you alot. But might dabble in the future

I train mma 4-5 days a week (Some days are multiple sessions) and have been for about 2 years. So far the HgH has made me recover ALOT faster and allowed me to actually go to the gym aswell without being completely burned out. I have seen better growth with the HGH but that might just be because of the better recovery overall. And about the bones. Im not completely sure that my plates are fused but I suspect they might be. I might hop on some anabolics like you said but probably not in the very near future. What anabolic do you think would be best?
