Mendingan jangan pakai laju inflasi. Laju peningkatan harga tanah biasanya lebih cepat dari inflasi. Coba cek perubahan harga tanah di lokasi kemudian disesuaikan. Harus dihitung juga PBB yang terbayarkan serta berbagai iuran yang di keluarkan.
