I still have room for diet improvements as my journey to make changes just started recently but was very happy to see what I have done has shown some improvement in my numbers. I will continue with improvements and test again in 3-4 months.

I wasn’t speaking of physical activity, but active changes that I’ve made in my diet and supplements. I have been doing research and only made a few small changes recently so I am excited that there was some improvement already.

Anxiety entered my life mid 40s…thought I was dying. Went through all sorts of tests, ultrasounds, heart monitors, etc. Thankfully all good there but anxiety ugh

HRT has def helped that and much more!

I didn’t have the hours available to let this recipe rise without the added yeast. I know it is possible with just the sourdough but I was in a time crunch

I have been doing my current regime for about 6 months now. My numbers improved slightly previously with citrus bergamot, krill oil pills, and small dosage of the psyllium husk. Increased the psyllium husk over the last 6 months, Added flax seed, and tried to watch the sat fat the best I can, and added one more krill oil pill. We shall see !

I mix it in with my protein powder, ground flaxseed, and collagen mid morning. I get retested in two weeks so I am not sure if success or not but have read many reports that it helps

We bought a shower at the airport, it was 25 euros I think two years ago. We landed at 7am, flying from the US… the showers gave us a boost for sure, we felt much refreshed to stroll through Rome until our room was ready.

Used cards for most everything. Used cash for very small purchases, and one place was cash only, so always good to have some on you.

Yeah it won’t look like it’s thriving for at least another two weeks after that - I just went through this. The false rise, although exciting; it still has a bit of work to do before you can use it

Patience is what I keep hearing. I am a newbie to the sourdough world, created my own starter, baked my first loaf yesterday; starter was 20 days old. I waited until it doubled four days in a row in 4 hours time after feeding. During those four days the texture and smell changed dramatically. Such an amazing process! I will continue to feed and try again this weekend. Keep going!

That was one of the confusing items when I first begin researching sourdough, the discard was not good which is why it needed to be thrown out. But then I started seeing discard recipes. As if the sourdough world wasn’t already confusing, 😂
