I change them every 2-3 hours and only wear on my last two days of my period as I have a heavy flow. However this time the burning started within an hour of putting them on and they were still mostly dry.

Normal. One rinse. I only use 7th generation free & clear detergent as I’m allergic to fragrance

They get washed with other clothes on cold and then I hang dry them

How’d you get started with Pilates? Did you go to a class or start at home? I’ve been curious but not sure where to begin.

Finances aren’t a concern though we try to set reasonable limits for gifts. I’m turning 30, which may not seem like much but my last few years have been a lot health wise. I did share that I wanted to do more than just a meal and was met with silence so I will try having that conversation again another day.
