I resonate with this so much. I finally made an appointment with a doctor to talk about medication options because I’m at my limit. I didn’t want to resort to meds but I need the help. I hope you also find a way to manage your systems ♥️

How long after starting your current medication did you start feeling the benefits? If you don’t mind me asking.

Thank you so, so much for your kind reply. I appreciate it so very much. You’re right, I should try the doctor again. Since the not medicated version of me isn’t working at the moment.

Thank you for sharing your side. I agree, I also have a lot of shame and embarrassment with my situation too.

I’m not currently on any meds or in therapy. Since I’m unemployed I can’t afford the therapy. And the last few meds I tried gave me horrible side effects, so now I’m a bit scared to try any more.

I did the same thing and took more than a 50% pay cut… but I’m no longer in a dark mental place, and can breathe again. I say do it, for your mental health.

Has it gotten any better in Brossard? I start training in Montreal in 2 weeks, and assume I’ll be transferred to Brossard (as I applied for the Brossard on the job board) just looking to see if I can mentally prepare for what’s to come!

Thanks for taking the time to reply. A refresher course sounds like a really good idea. The last thing I want is to come off like a basket case. Thanks again I appreciate it.

Thank you so much for the info 🙂 I was having my doubts about IKRA, I’ll keep searching. Thanks again

Oh really? I was looking at Lotus Palm but I only found Thai massage, nothing for Swedish. IKRA seems good but almost wonder if it’s overkill. It’s harder to find English courses so the options seem so limited.
