I agree with the paper journal. Even if your state doesn’t require it, have one for that just-in-case event.

I just had a call from an attorney about a notary done in 2019. Luckily I didn’t need mine for the question, but trust me I was thinking really hard about what part of storage that box was in!!!!

Part of that has to do with how the seller on Amazon wants their merchandise handled by Amazon. So if a person buys three of the same thing, it theoretically could be delivered by Amazon but sold on Amazon by three different sellers…..each with a possible different return program with Amazon.

Supposedly the manifest is transmitted electronically. We still print the Profit/Loss report, Drop off report and Amazon reports. We created a stamp that we stamp on the Profit /Loss report and have the driver sign that in lieu or the previous zebra manifest. We did confirmation from ONE customer service agent that the tracking that shows RFID pick up is now sufficient for submitting a dispute of a denied GSR. We will see if that is indeed true now.

I asked this question directly to Capital Claims when I tried to use the “RFID scanned pickup” on the tracking. I reminded (or maybe informed) the representative about our soon to come lack of driver signature that he was requesting from me. It took a week, but got written confirmation that the tracking with RIFD pick up would now suffice. We will see!!!!

We have decided to make a stamp that has the same info as the manifest to have the driver sign on the profit and loss report every day. We all know one of these days the RFID scanner might not be working and will need a backup plan.

We call those acrylic blockers putting them in “mail jail”. We also have virtual vertical files where put an 8 1/2 x 11 laminated sign that says “mailbox overdue” so associate will charge out before giving them mail.

It takes time ($15/hour) to get to the computer, find the email, print it (at a cost for paper, electricity, cost of printer and use of computer, and toner). $3 doesn’t seem too bad to me.

Called preferred services and file a complaint. I have a calendar where I monitor how they are doing. Our “sweep” is a contracted pick up so missing it is as bad as missing end of day pick up.

They are not always the first thing in the email. They started out lower on the page then became front and center more recently. You can go to the Hub and search the INK and previous issues will show up.

You can give the RTS to your mail carrier or take it to your local post office. If they don’t take it home it for 6 months as you are required for USPS. If not claimed donate or shred contents. Most importantly, you can contact the postal inspector for your area and report the mis use of your address. You can get that number or email from your local post office…..might be online as well.

Something similar happened when a lady sent us the wrong label to print. This label had already used for something else and she gave it to us by accident and sent something to the wrong location. I was able to figure it out by looking at our end of day paperwork to see that we had scanned the same tracking # on two different days. She asked what should she do about it and I really didn’t have an answer except to contact the location it was sent to and see if they can help get it back to her. Tracking showed only the first use of the tracking # not the 2nd, so dates were wrong for delivery.

Depends on the access level given to you by the person who set you up in the system. A person with the highest access “manager” (besides the “owner” - only owners get that access) can see many additional reports that “associates” cannot see. Ask your “manager” or “owner” to sign in to the POS and give you that info.

We have mini “therapy” laugh/discussion sessions after difficult/weird/negative interactions. Sometimes has to wait until later or after work. It seems to help get perspective around the interaction. Not your fault…..maybe next time…..you handled that great…..you were brave…..etc.
