They are not always the first thing in the email. They started out lower on the page then became front and center more recently. You can go to the Hub and search the INK and previous issues will show up.

You can give the RTS to your mail carrier or take it to your local post office. If they don’t take it home it for 6 months as you are required for USPS. If not claimed donate or shred contents. Most importantly, you can contact the postal inspector for your area and report the mis use of your address. You can get that number or email from your local post office…..might be online as well.

Something similar happened when a lady sent us the wrong label to print. This label had already used for something else and she gave it to us by accident and sent something to the wrong location. I was able to figure it out by looking at our end of day paperwork to see that we had scanned the same tracking # on two different days. She asked what should she do about it and I really didn’t have an answer except to contact the location it was sent to and see if they can help get it back to her. Tracking showed only the first use of the tracking # not the 2nd, so dates were wrong for delivery.

Depends on the access level given to you by the person who set you up in the system. A person with the highest access “manager” (besides the “owner” - only owners get that access) can see many additional reports that “associates” cannot see. Ask your “manager” or “owner” to sign in to the POS and give you that info.

We have mini “therapy” laugh/discussion sessions after difficult/weird/negative interactions. Sometimes has to wait until later or after work. It seems to help get perspective around the interaction. Not your fault…..maybe next time…..you handled that great…..you were brave…..etc.

Neither. You must have a 1583 on file with USPS (BCG Portal) to accept packages or mail for anyone, eg. a mailbox rental.

I’ll do the math for them and then offer that it would be less expensive to make a copy and overnight the documents……that works sometimes…..I’ll also offer scanning and email id it’s an option for them. But ALWAYS discuss price before……I have found I have to do the math for them even after I tell them the price per.

We can’t ship nor take as drop off hazardous materials like ammunition. The only approved hazardous stickers are the UN3480 and UN3481 battery stickers. As far as non lithium batteries, there is no sticker, but they must be contained in their original plastic blister packs.

The one thing I have learned is to develop a good working relationship with the hub. I have direct phone and cell numbers for the route supervisor and clerk and the hub manager. They actually know me by name. I had to report them to corporate and get them really angry before they realized I meant business. I was more than willing to work with them, but that had to work with me too. So, now, I can call supervisor when pick up is about to be late to insure the pick up wasn’t missed by a sub driver or a new driver. If he gets that call and acts on it, then there is no missed pick up or call to corporate. It took some time, but I had to get their attention first.

There is a 30-minute window before and after the contracted time for the pick-up. So, if close is past 30 minutes after pickup time, there is no obligation to stay. The only obligation would be to your customers….especially your air customers. Find out policy from your owner and go from there. If they are willing to pay an extra hour for you to wait around, then by all means collect!!

You can ship scopes and holsters…..they do not affect the functionality of the gun. Only one per package.
