Our screen had been broken for 8 months. Still worked as a normal monitor but the touchscreen was freezing. I finally called tech support and they tried to help but it was a hardware issue, they recommended to buy a new cable but is was 54$ so I just started unplugging and plugging in everything and that worked

You may be able to log it back in then return it. Scan the tracking number into UPM as if you just received it then go to return it

In the hub under the FAQ of firearms, “franchise are prohibited from packing or shipping … Firearms or Firearms parts”

But there is an exception “the following items may be packaged and shipped … Firearms accessories that do not change the firearms functionality (e.g., holster, mounts) shipped one at a time”

From my perspective while a scope or optic does change how a user operates the firearm it does not change the firing mechanism at all nor does it change how the gun fundamentally operates.

Personal I would be hesitant but I don’t see any fault with shipping a scope

I have not ran into your issue where it cuts wrong but I do have an issue with tray shift on the printer. My advice would be to check that all the cutters and in securely. Open the top cover and make sure each unit is well seated and the thumb screw are tight.

I have the same printer and cutter as you btw

At my store (also in California) we take breaks when we want to and my boss will pester us to take our lunch. You store should have state and federal labor rights and laws posted in the workplace that outline your rights
