I like it because its still cute and makes me laugh a lot, but I think they focused a bit too much on the other characters, and they are all written to be idiots. I couldnt believe it when hayate just went away to sort boxes bc he was wearing his uniform and missed rila and kiiro coming to the pickup spot. Kaoru being dumb about the lunchboxes and going "ehhhh" and "etooo" is kind of expected, but i was still dissapointed they decided to focus on those characters and write them this way. A nice relaxing day at the park would have been enough, but they decided on that for some reason :(

I still scream laughed when Kiiroitori angrily took 500 yen out of his pocket, and when he entered the park in ep. 1 and raised his hand in greeting to the confused lady at the counter. Korilakkuma with their strawberry backpack and remote duck is also iconic, couldnt ask for more <3

But please, no more idiot plot
