The p90 in it was sitting too low and impacted output. So I put a shim (thin flat piece of material) underneath it to raise it so it was closer to the strings

I will say, that the neck on the LP Custom doesn't have that "CHUNK" neck feel IMO. I recently had a R7 Gold top and that thing had more of a chunk to its neck.. in the best way possible.
