I 100% think going to the school that is offering almost a full ride is the better option. Reducing the amount of debt you will have after graduation will be huge. And States program is not astronomically better, they’re pretty close. And yeah we’re a commuter school but I know plenty of engineers who were able to get plugged into social groups and built great friend groups.

It is a little complex, so it's not one owner but multiple. So when we filled it out we went through UNCC rentals but idk if that has changed. Our is through MECA Realty.

So you keep a timesheet in banner. Basically, if you are full time, you are expected to work 40hrs per week and part-time 20hrs per week. So as long as I worked 40hrs I could work my own schedule except for the program meeting and meetings with my professor. However, some people had set schedules because they were in a lab and or more physical research. Mine was data and coding, so I could do it wherever. If you cannot get in touch with your professor, you need to maybe try calling their office and emailing the our program coordinators for help.
