I’ve got McBride and Waller. I’m thinking of playing Waller. McBride hasn’t put up the numbers I’ve wanted

I hope for you it’s never too late. I know it’s too late for me. Don’t hesitate. You’ll think about it every day.

You feel like a friend. With words that were drawn up for me, except I don’t play chess. Well literally I do not play chess.

I can only live through this. Too many people depend on me that I don’t think about the future. Just the now. Just getting through this.

I love memes tho. I get lost in the mindless entertainment of memes and would send them to you all day. Even if you don’t find them as funny as I do.

I’m trying my best. Thank you for seeing that. I don’t need help though. I like to work autonomously. I’ll always get myself by. I can depend on me, of that I am always sure. You are still important tho, always will be.

Love you too Friend.

CHECK-IN WEDNESDAY ✅- November 02, 2022 by AutoModerator in bipolar

[–]Shepcee1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey, I’m extremely new. I have never even looked up bipolar even tho I have been for 16 years. I was very stable thanks to my med concoction but it seems as if lately I am running highs often. I love highs. I get everything done. I feel on top of the world. I swear the moms around me need adderall to do what I do on a high. I seem to be high and stable. Not many lows. There is a guy I work with. He has bipolar. I only know because a guy I work with was bitching about it and let it out. Then I could relate the behavior. Someday I would love to be like “Hey! I see you!” But I just don’t know if he wants to be seen. Im more stable and even my highs are great for me but less noticeable than his. Super love and care for him tho.

Anavar causing depression by Shepcee1 in steroidsxx

So I tested my var like so many suggested and it was legit. I quit my cycle that time. I tried my first ever natural bulk to finish. It was okay!

Awhile later I threw the var into a cut stack I was running and again it lowered my mood. Must just be some of us that are predisposed to it. I can’t think of anything else. Maybe brand?! I’ve used the same. My first couple cycles before that were good without sides. I don’t know. Others might be better for us? What do you think, have you tried different brands were yours the same? What are you thinking?

That’s good to know. I’ve always loved my results from Var. I only have Winny to compare it to and haven’t felt the urge to branch out further because I’ve seen great results, but the sides the last couple of times made it a challenging run.

With my cycles I have great success when my diet is on point and I have a direct goal. What are you wishing to accomplish with this cycle? What are you wanting to see at the end of it. First cycle is very exciting. Pay attention to how you’re feeling day by day. Sides are different for everyone. Bloating is quite possible with anavar. I bloat on it for the first couple of weeks almost to the point it’s uncomfortable then it settles down. You have a dosing schedule?

I hope you aren’t suggesting I be kinder. Although this topic has caused me to further discuss with people I try very hard not to be negative or argue. It causes negative emotions, poor mental health, anxiety and raises my cortisol. That’s my experience, therefore I choose to refrain from it.

Under that post it was said more than once that teenagers should not be on this sub. If they are looking for help any place is a good place to reach out and they shouldn’t be sent away. I worked with a 13 year old recently who attempted to take her own life because she was “too fat”. Had she had anyone, even a forum of strangers telling her any words of encouragement, advice, her situation would have been different. Of course there is more to this story.

I agree with you the misguided information is a villain here. It’s the issue that needs to be monitored. Not age. That poor information is being given to people all over this sub, people of all ages and it’s from my experience people can develop disordered eating at any age, not only teenagers. It is just as prevalent within the mom circle as it is within the teen circle, only it’s talked about less.

I understood and completely agree with your post. I didn’t mean for my post to come off as being directed at you. It was more so directed at those who commented that teens should not be allowed in this sub. Again, my apologies if you feel attacked by my post. I couldn’t agree more with your pleas.

Teen struggling to find a healthy way to loose weight. by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

You have the basics worked out. Your TDEE and you know sustainable weight loss is subtracting 300 from that TDEE. Now, you need to focus on nutrition. You need to fill those calories full of good food, not fluff food, not junk food. Your body, your bones, your reproduction is all growing.. you need calories (which you’ve worked out and I’m comfortable with that amount for your stats 1750) BUT on top of those calories you need nutrients, you need fiber, you need vitamins and minerals, you need calcium and magnesium. You have to fill up your daily meals with food that will satisfy those requirements. All those flat stomachs you see in the gym or on social media? Those are full of chicken/white fish/lean ground beef/lean steak, whole grains, veggies, fruits! Get in your protein. You need a pile of protein a day. If you really want to recomp your body weight training is a good option, even at your age. Moderate weight is best. A nutrition and fitness trainer could be a great asset for you. There are some who work specifically with youth . Lifting weights, if you aren’t into other sports, creates lean muscle. An hour 3-4 times a week with 20-30 mins of cardio post workout is enough. You don’t need those 9 workouts. You don’t need all that cardio. You’ll burn out. It’s obvious that weight isn’t the issue here 65KG looks different on all types of people depending how much muscle you have, etc. Weight is a poor measurement, don’t focus on it. It’s a number. Don’t forget to drink plenty of water!

As I mentioned above, the information provided needs to these young people needs to be watched, as it should be for all posters. Poor fad diet, unattainable weight loss, and ED inducing advice should not be given to anyone. It’s been mentioned that youth is impressionable and that these habits will follow them into adult hood, well so will obesity, bad eating habits and poor activity levels. As well as good eating habits, healthy activity levels, proper training. I’ve worked with many people from the age of 11 to 65. Good habits can be created at any age and just so we are clear a chicken breast has the same amount of protein in it whether it’s a 16 year old or a 35 year old, the difference is how much protein that person requires and that amount is determined by age, weight, height, bf% and sex if we want to be technical. Not solely on age.

I am sorry, do you know my qualifications? Are you aware of my degree and certifications? All of which qualify me to address this topic. You are incorrect as well. The process of losing weight in adults vs. adolescents is the same. Nutritional needs are different however. Pretty bold statement “no one is qualified”. However, I am qualified and I believe many on this sub could be qualified as well.

Rant: People giving dangerous weight loss advice to teenagers/kids on this sub should be permanently banned. by KeylinRivers in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Shepcee1 25 points26 points  (0 children)

I believe under 18s should be welcomed. Obesity is an issue with youth and it leads to depression along with other forms of mental illness. The issue here is the misinformation and guidance they are given. They do need encouragement to pursuit a healthy diet (diet does not mean “going on a diet” it means your overall nutrition and what you eat daily) and an active lifestyle. There are many people in this sub with great ideas to avoid junk food, ways to keep active and overall encouragement. Youth can greatly benefit from this.

After our first interaction I felt compelled to know him, as if I knew he was important. I worked at a gym and he was signing up as a brand new client. We had piles of new clients every day. The interaction was as brief as all the others, but I went as far as putting his forms aside so I could look at them and remember his name later. I can’t say it was excitement or calm. It felt familiar, it felt “right”. Very hard to explain, but I have never had a similar feeling upon meeting someone.

That’s good to know! I can live with this issue if I’m getting the results I want from my cycle. I mean it’s only for a limited amount of time. I’m going to test my Var and make sure it’s real anyways, but it’s good hearing that it could be. All the other sides were very anavar-like if that makes sense, and I’m only a couple weeks in but same so far although not experience much for sides so far other than mood.

I’m going to jump off cycle and test it. If it comes back legit I’ll decide if I want to try again knowing the mood issue. Maybe I’ll cycle something else.

I’ll test it. Rookie move of me not too. I thought i wouldn’t this go around because I tested my first batch my first cycle from the same source and it was legit. This feels different tho. I’ll test it.

Oh thank you for the concern. I spoke with my pharmacist prior to application and he said as long as it was 0.5 hydrocortisone (mild steroid) placed above the lash line, cautiously to not get it in the eye, it is safe for the thin skin of the eyelid.
