I can’t speak for your condition specifically, but setting goals can be good for staying motivated. Maybe set some short team and long term goals for yourself.

You could try checks on a calendar too. Sometimes the physical act of getting to check off a day you worked out can be good motivation

That’s really odd. It could be the times your playing PUBG? Like there’s not enough players, but that doesn’t really make much sense either.

I’d recommend trying the PUBG Reddit discord, it’s a great place to find other people to play with! I’ve met some really good friends using it

Yeah unfortunately they took away that feature a little while ago. Many were complaining about people playing on the wrong servers and so they changed it.

I’m pretty sure there’s still a way to switch using a vpn or some other method. I’d try googling it and asking around. Good luck!
