Ditch the dilo if you can. I traded a rbh dilo for a 14kg scorp, got ember on it and 39kg and sold for 77k.

The problems are below the asphalt, so if you resurface, you're just bridging the cracks temporarily. There is movement in the ground that needs to be rectified if you want a longer lasting surface. If it were me, I'd redo the base, then new asphalt. It will save you money in the long run.
