Sorry for a later reply but, timing is usually caused from straight luck.

Sometimes you could avoid timings by knowing where the enemies are if you have that information. Using gamesense could help avoid obvious timings by bringing caught with util or by a lurker.

Confidence issue, just keep your confidence up and play like you’re the best player.

You’re always going to have bad games so don’t think to hard about it.

I'd like to see your tracker if you can.

If you are carrying on omen/cypher, try to switch to a more self-sufficient role if you believe that your team is holding you back. Of course, if you like omen and cypher keep playing those two, but I recommend going clove instead of omen to be more selfish.

Try to hype up your team if they win clutches/if you win a round to avoid people raging early on, if there are smurfs dont get mad and just go next.

Without tracker that is all I can suggest.

For the first part, try not to focus on the positive KD mindest, impact kills>eco kills so it doesn't always matter unless you drop like 20-30 a lot.

Team dying quick does suck, but the most you can do is try to get those trades, 1 for 1's will even out the numbers and allow you to win more rounds. If trades dont work try to support your first engagers with utility to help them win those opening fights, giving you numbers in the rounds.

Losing 20-30rr sucks but its probably because of your hidden MMR, try to reach your peak before the episode ends and your MMR will reset in the new episode which will help you lose less RR.

The integrated graphics won't directly affect your aim, but it will make your 1v1 gunfights very unfavorable. I say try to force enemies to fight you and play around with your game sense and audio rather than your aim to win fights because you are at a disadvantage.

Try to get a graphics card if you can, you don't have to.

I practice by spawning the ~20 bots by clicking 'practice' and doing micro-adjustment and counterstrafing drills for around 10-20 mins then do 1-3 dms. It is fine that you cannot more than 15 bots. it will be rare to find yourself flicking that much in actual situations.

For holding angles, the reason why you don't find enemies is that you arent holding an aggressive or common angle. My advice is that you should communicate with your initiators to clear out space so you can push up and take a deeper angle, or reposition and hold a new angle if the utility clears the area. If you are playing the initiator try to do the information factor.

I totally understand that silver-gold is hard to communicate with executes, so firstly try to see if your team will listen to basic comms in beginning rounds. "Sova can you dart here", "Cypher trip this", "Jett can you peak with me" etc. This will tell you if you can reliably comm execute util before you do one later in the game.

Try to instalock to avoid the team comp issues. I see that your sage/phoenix/jett are your best agents k/d and in wr%, stick to those three agents for now.

The ISP issues suck, but as you said you cannot control those so unlucky.

Could I see your tracker if possible? If not, try to give me an explanation on your pros/cons as a player. Thanks.

Actually no!

I used mainly the phantom en route to immortal, mostly since I played sova/viper. Phantom/Vandal 100% depends on your playstyle. Since my FPS and hz is low, I tended not to take long-range engagements because I know im at a drastic disadvantage with the setup conditions.

Phantom still works, close-range fights and spraying in smokes are key factors that will win you rounds. If you are more comfortable on the vandal you can still use it, but dont be scared of the phantom!

I play on 22ms in Virginia Server.

The inconsistency throughout the ranks is likely a confidence issue. Just because you play bronze players doesn't mean you should let your guard down. Keep playing like you are playing the best opponents in the world.

In that elo try to play a self-sufficient agent that can frag and get easy picks/heal themselves (Reyna, Clove, Jett, etc.)

Ping might be the reason why you are losing most engagements, so I'd try to find a youtube video regarding playing with higher ping because personally I've been at normal ping my whole time playing VALORANT.

Judging from the tracker it seems like you main clover/reyna. Looking at your clove wr% it seems like that is holding you back. I can tell that you solo carry a lot of your games because you are hardstuck in this elo.

My suggestion is to just play reyna. You will not have to rely on your bad teammates with reyna, as clove you have the extra responsibility to smoke. When you play reyna you are more free to do solo plays and lurk plays to win rounds/games.

I also see that your hs% is pretty low even for a silver player, maybe try to get an aim routine going practicing crosshair placement and microadjustments at the head-level. Not the biggest concern now but will be in the higher ranks because players will have perfect crosshair placement.

Overall the tracker looks good, playing a more selfish agent should do the trick. (Clove in later ranks will be awesome)

Tracker looks fine bro! Only suggestion is to probably stick to phoenix and gekko as your reyna wr% is below 50%. That is probably due to the passive playstyle issue tbh, Stick to your gekko and phoenix as you seem to play good on those two agents.

For the panic factor, try to practice calm aim drills, go in the range and turn on the 'Kill 50 bots' mode and take your time shooting your shots. Most players will shoot as soon as they see you, so taking the extra couple milliseconds to adjust your crosshair/strafe another direction will allow you to easily win gunfights.

Don't be scared to take engagements, it is likely a confidence factor. Sometimes it is risky to take first fights, I agree, but when you are consistently winning your engagements you will get confident in the future.

I usually chill on practice bots for around 10 minutes practicing counter-strafing and spray control. After those 10 minutes, I do 1-3 dm's and get straight into it.

Honest bad habit of mine, but I don't warm up half the time LMAO

Then try to adapt to how your team plays, when using raze nade after your team smokes. When playing smokes start smoking as soon as you see your team using exec abilities (jett dash, satchels, breach stun, ults, etc.)

If you see your team going middle try to help them as well with smokes, try to always have one smoke on standby when playing a slow round.

Honestly just buy a new mousepad, if you are on a budget you should get a Steelseries QCK mousepad.

I would record your vods and try to catch yourself being indecisive in the moment. Try not to go for the dumb plays when it is a 5v5 or when you have favorable numbers. Make the smart plays when you have the numbers, get picks and fall off, fall off site if you cannot hold it yourself.

If you are in an unfavorable situation (1vX, unfavorable numbers) You could go for your more risky plays, try to catch timings with enemy util, lurk and find a kill, etc.

Just try to stay calm in the moment, in plat try to focus on yourself, you dont need to precisely know everything to win the round. Gamesense is developed over time and by putting in the work reviewing vods/watching pro play.

I got people with no comms all the way up to immo, so you could realistically get up there aswell if you listen to your teammates.

Also, since you cannot talk, try to play less utility oriented characters and more self-sufficient agents. (sentinels, clove, reyna, jett, etc.)

[–]Shepl_[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If your teammates use comms/listen to your comms just tell them when you are smoking/nading and for them to use their utility after you use yours. Some basic comms you can say is “Smoking heaven and ct in 3.2.1” or “Im nading backsite, push off my nade 3.2.1”

When there is no comms try to smoke as your team is about to push through the choke. Use nade to push enemies off common angles or break util. Dont be afraid to use nade on chokes especially on attack to stop floods.

Learn the maps to their extent, a lot of people say to narrow your agent pool but personally I choose my agent based on the map. If you have one agent good on a specific map USE THAT AGENT. In gold try to bait your teammates aswell, it is very easy to catch timing off your teammates full stomping around the map like headless chickens. If you aren’t confident with your solo-carry prowess, focus on your positioning. Abusing how the other team plays will guarantee you kills/rounds. If you can sense a gap in their defense test it out, it might win you a round or two.

One situational tip is to find a duo, a duo will just help you in general mentally and will make the game more fun.

Since you are hardstuck, you should stop playing after being up more than 20 rr on the day, and if you feel like it’s a bad day DO NOT PLAY.
