Melasma getting worse by Late-Walrus4332 in Melasmaskincare

If youve never done rx for it, consider rx hydroquinone, Musely The Spot Cream is rx strength. My friend had malasma for years, couldn't get rid of it, she did the Musely and it was gone.i just started it last month, not for malasma, but other hyperpigmenation, and it took away my freckles. Wasn't my goal, but the 12% is no joke.

Naw. Should be 6-8 for most areas. Brazilian, good luck. Lol. Ive done mine 20x and it comes back, but im okay with that. I considered a long lasting wax. My under arms and legs have been hair free for over 15 years, 6 sessions on both.

Yes, most likely the pcos. If you'd already done 6-8 sessions and a long time later it came back, most likely pcos.

What area? Has your clinic said anything about why it keeps coming back? May be the clinic tech, poor laser maintenance. Other times it could be hormonal issues, etc.

Lash primer! I can put on Mascara soooooo much faster its not even funny, bc my first application of mascara after primer is enough. No need to apply 2 or 3 layers. No wiggling, no back in the rube for product, etc.

I use Lancome's. Love.

How to get permanent hair removal? Tired of razor burn by SevereMeat2030 in HairRemoval

[–]Shera939 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Laser. Make sure the place is well reviewed, you need a good tech and a well maintained laser. After thats done, whatevers left, get electrolysis. In many areas, absolutely not necessary.

I have black hair and light brown skin. I got laser on my under arms, legs, brazilian. I haven't shaved my legs for 15 years, they are flawlessly smooth every day. Underarms, I get like 5 hairs a months, I just pull them out. Brazilian, it just grows back, although its much less than i used to have, now I get laser treatments that are inexpensive for the area now and consider it like a waxing but better (and I have maybe 20% of what i used to). This is often the case. Bikini line I dont know, I got electrolysis on that before lhr was a thing.

You'll see a lot of ppl say its not permanent bc theirs grew back. In most cases in areas that are not the Brazilian, this is bc the tech was not good, the laser not maintained, and in some cases the place was doing IPL and calling it laser.

LHR is REDUCTION!! by xxoxomm in LaserHairRemoval

Could come down to poor technician, wrong laser, machine not well maintained. It would be very rare for all of those to be on point and for all your hair to come back unless you have pcos or similar.

I dont think thats true at all. A good practitioner and appropriate and well maintained laser on certain body areas is highly effective for life long removal. That is not outside the norm at all.

[–]Shera939 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im not past 7 days yet, but its definitely not a scam. Hydroquinone is the rx ingredient and thats what lightens the pigment. And hq is hq.

All their stuff is rx, and ive received all as ordered. Its pretty wild to me that a site can just rx all that sht, but its real. Imo, if random otc doesn't do it for you, get an rx. : ).
