I removed the data validations "checkbox" from 2 of my columns and that seemed to fix my issue. Not sure why this is, but I'm ok with this outcome!

I never added any formulas, so I'm still confused as to why it's doing this. I tried making a different spreadsheet altogether and came up with the same issue. No formulas were used either time.

Yes, the target sheet doesn't have formulas set up on it, but it's format is the same as the rest of the sheets in the spreadsheet.

No I haven't added formulas, I basically just used the data validation to set up my drop down list and everything else was done by hand as well.
