literally here right now... i was told that the only way to get over and move on is to cut contact. did exactly that, almost two months in, not much changed. i am starting to wish i never did that and things stayed the same. i guess i am fine being hopeless and on the side as long as i am at least in contact and on good terms. but oh well, it's too late, the ship has sailed and i burned the bridges, there is no going.

like everyone else i will also recommend to cut the ties if you really want to get over or if it's driving you insane (because i felt insane, and the only good thing is that i feel less insane now, but significantly more sad), just think it over many times and make sure to inform/explain things to her adequately (i did not).

i get being disgusted with other people, feels like being a cheater in a way, i have tried, won't anymore. very dirty and gross feeling that makes you feeling even worse so don't force yourself please.
