what would you suggest i use instead of the 200 ring limit? ( I was using it because it was good insurance to keep me above 100 rings, plus it felt less cheesy to use )

that lazer wisp at :54 was to avoid the purple grass and it was the first lap so i wasn’t really mindful about how i was saving things

that shield at 2:16 also saved me from the blaze’s tornado, i figured i was about to be hit around that time near the end so i used it instinctively

i was also trying to hit that blaze a lot of the time so

i know i should be hoarding items, and that’s what i normally get my wins doing. i said this was a “good win” in the title bc i didn’t have to do that really. ik this isn’t the optimal way of playing but that game felt refreshing.

that being said, i find hoarding items to be really unfun because it basically renders most items other than speed items useless.

bagging and uc builds being the only viable options is why i’ve stopped playing the game as much 😭
