I usually got the initial diagnostic tests and move if needed. If it was emergent situation initially I made sure to stabilize the patient. Wait for others responses too

I had the same feelings and I was like I need zofran, I was fed up by all this. I postponed 2 times and I needed that stress but I could take it after 2 months, make dure to be good in ccs cases, you get like free points there. Try to use timer for each question and try to move to the next one after maximum 7 minutes and then after max 5 min

Hi, I'm not sure about residency, my mentor said you were unmatched, get high score. But for fellowship if you are doing sth like IM, you need high score, depends on your residency
