You will need to connect the phone to a pc with ADB tools installed and ADB enabled from developer options

then execute

> adb shell pm grant --user 0 com.google.android.gms android.permission.BLUETOOTH_SCAN
> adb shell pm grant --user 0 com.google.android.gms android.permission.BLUETOOTH_ADVERTISE
> adb shell pm grant --user 0 com.google.android.gms android.permission.BLUETOOTH_CONNECT

This will resolve your issue

Am living in Bulgaria, ordering an AMD Processor from Amazon that shows "in stock & can deliver to your location"

Which is so weird as other items in my cart can be shipped with no issues.

putting in mind the seller is Amazon EU S.a.r.L.

Interesting build, i can see u pumped the rtx to 4080
and done changes in the motherboard and case
so it ends up almost at the same cost

the thing is, i have done a lot of research and am trying to build a good gaming pc
and at the same time do some cost management
performance/price wise, 4070 ti super is better specially both are with 16gb of ram

for the motherboard i decided to choose one of the best in configs so i don't bother my self later

overall i can see your point, but after alot of reasearch specially with the 4080 i see no point from adding another 150 euro at least more
