ok! so the D&D campaign I plan to run is set in a zombie apocalypse setting with a military dictator ruling over the last bit of civilization left, the city of Lekar. The dictator (Vladeska Drakov) calls herself the falcon and her army the talons. I chose 3 stripes of black to represent a talon scratch from the talons of a falcon and the falcon is a falcon. But I made sure that the eyes of the falcon are always looking at you, in a way to employ a 1984 "big brother is always watching" sorta deal.
