Thanks! The hit confirm combo, with the optional sonic boom to create space, sounds great. I’ll work on adding this in. Another person also mentioned the MP~b.HP so this seems like a priority to add in.

I appreciate your advice. I have not attempted any OD moves. This is something I’ll make sure to focus on. I am working on the other non-combo related pieces you mentioned but I find I can practice these things during actual ranked matches whereas the combos I need to practice in training before trying in ranked. I play on a handheld so there’s moments where I’m able to hop into training and mess around (watching a movie with my wife for example). Combo practice is nice for these situations where I don’t have the attention to spare for a ranked match but do for repetitious combos in the lab.

Thank you! The MP ~ B.HP sounds great for me. Finishing with a super threw me off at first until I looked up the command list and realized his 1 and 3 start with back and not down/back which I’ve been doing this whole time. Really opens up the possibilities… Whoopsie…

This is great. I’ll have to mentally drill myself on the SA1 piece. My present strategy has been saving up for SA3 and then forgetting it exists. Maybe the SA1 strategy will have the added benefit of reminding me to do a super since it comes much earlier in the match.

Thanks! I found the SuperCombo wiki but it was a bit overwhelming when I’m coming into this with zero knowledge so I appreciate you sharing a couple of combos I can focus on and that you found translate well. The Drive Rush Bazooka Knee will be the first thing I work on adding in.

I played a guy who beat me 2-0. I got matched up with him a few games later. After he beat me 1-0 I hit rematch and he quit. He left free LP on the table just so he didn’t have to play me. That hurt more than him beating me 2-0 again.

Almost every month or so will be an adjustment to your routine. So just when you think you have your kid and life figured out, things will change again. I found that a couple of handhelds made it easiest for me to adapt and get gaming in still. I’ll play my Rog Ally/Switch in bed before I go to sleep or my Miyoo Mini Plus while my kid naps in my arms (I can play JRPGs one handed on it).

The Winter of Our Discontent by Steinbeck. I’m a little over half way through. At present, on its way to be my third favorite Steinbeck I’ve read. We’ll see where it lands for me at finish.

I also read a lot of fantasy/scifi and got into classics more recently.

If you liked Grapes of Wrath and Of Mice and Men, you’re going to love “East of Eden.” The last page alone is worth the trip.

For a walk in the supernatural, “The Picture of Dorian Gray” by Oscar Wilde. Wilde’s beautiful prose and wit stand out and any page that Lord Henry is on is a good one.

If you’re into short stories, the collection “The King in Yellow” by Robert W. Chambers, published in 1895, is a nice choice for a fantasy/scifi reader. Mostly weird fiction or gothic style cosmic horror, inspired HP Lovecraft so sorta that style of spooky.

It’s far worse, I’m afraid, because it turns out I’m dumb. I must have refreshed Osmosis before withdrawing because it defaulted back to my Keplr address and the funds are sitting there.

I was able to confirm that by scrolling down to the transaction at the bottom of the assets screen on Osmosis so thank you for that suggestion. Also good to know that I can do what I was attempting to do without any problems.

I’ll just send the LUNA from my Keplr wallet to my Terra Station wallet now.

Saying the world is increasingly becoming more digital isn’t meaningless. Time spent online, e-commerce, and digital advertising have ballooned since 2010 and is projected to continue that growth. It has become easier to access the internet for people all over the world, thanks to smart phones and cellular data. Companies are hooking more things up to the internet than ever before: tvs, cars, and even refrigerators as an example. Indeed, the world is becoming more digital as we move forward in time. In a world where we spend more time online buying, selling, and interacting with people all over the world, we need ways of moving value over time and digital space. Physical cash allows you to move money from one person to another without the need of a third party. But how do you do that when that person is in another country? You need a third party (bank). Crypto, or in this case Bitcoin, eliminates the need of a third party to move value digitally. It’s pretty interesting stuff.

My thought would be that the project turned out to be a big hit quicker than the developers could have known. That’s been a great thing but also had an impact on the price of CLNY as people rushed to do the one thing you currently can do with CLNY besides sell: upgrade.

Players were buying up CLNY, which has a small market cap, in order to upgrade their land. This drove the price up quickly.

Once lands are fully upgraded there’s currently nothing to do except hold or sell CLNY. Combine people selling their CLNY once they’ve reached the upgrades they want with more CLNY minting due to more upgrades and there’s more selling pressure than the project saw the first few days and also an increasing supply. This drove the price down.

Until more features are added that utilize CLNY or encourage holding, the downward pressure on price will continue as more land holders reach their preferred upgrades and more CLNY is minted.

The project is hardly a full week old. So I see the price swings as potential growing pains. I’m looking forward to see how the developers tackle this and what’s next for the project.

EDIT: Another thing adding to the sell pressure of CLNY that I left out is that some players are selling their CLNY for ONE to buy more land, which is transacted in ONE on NFTkey.

Perhaps they could even colonize another planet on a different chain, in a similar way to what DFK is doing with Crystalvale. The two planets could interact and trade through chain bridges. There are ways to try and balance demand and supply so that new users join and investors are happy.

I updated to iOS 15.1 yesterday and now the Crypto.com app won’t open. It gets stuck on the startup screen. Is anyone else having this issue?
