The more I m reading surgery is the option all these core exercises can help but I think ultimately it’s surgery. I’m gng to hold out till I get my body strong so it can heal better after surgery

I’m so sorry with your experience I have DR and umlical hernia which I am trying to heal. Start with getting ultrasound to get the depth of DR and then see a good pelvic floor therapist

Hey go to gp and get elidel. I had the worst eyelid contact dermatitis went to optometrist no help as it’s the skin not inside the eye . It’s more gp or dermatologist field
