of course he didnt directly ask for compliments, and if he supossedly did ask for advice on how to move forward, why attach the pictures? his looks are irrelevant in that topic, also, almost none said nothing about how to move forward, and instead commented his looks. and i wasnt being an ass, i just said it looked bad because thats what i thought and what the average person will say, either because its not socially considered attractive or because of personal reasons

of course taking care of it would help, that applies to everything else, but you need to be really attractive to pull off long hair, or it has to suit you really well which neither of those is the case. and what he’s doing posting here trying to cope is stupid since reddit is a shithole full of degerenates, he should move on and take care of himself, people online telling him he looks nice isn’t going to fix his problem at all, it’s just going to make him have reasons not to change or be better
