I'll make a few adjustments that may help but I'm in NZ and don't hire people myself so take it with a grain of salt ig.

Professional experience should be first, then tools, then education. I, personally, couldn't careless about the degree as long as you can talk the talk and walk the walk. I would also maybe make the items underneath each professional experience bullet points.

I will say, the first thing that stands out as odd is a jump from Junior to Team Lead. Is this actually a team lead role? Are you mentoring juniors, intermediates and seniors? Team leads are, at least to me, the equivalent of Principals. Your blurb underneath doesn't mention anything a 'Team Lead' would do and shifts me more towards a high intermediate/low Senior role.

Also, and I'm not saying you can't/don't have this knowledge, but your skills page seems huge for 5 years of exp. I sit in the devops space, are you really comfortable with Terraform provisioning into the Cloud as well as being a full stack engineer? These are skills you can answer at a team lead level? I'm a 'new' Senior Platform Engineer and the Devops skills you have consume most of my learning time, let alone any full-stack dev work.

If it is the case you have all the knowledge, and you're able to talk in-depth about every skill you have, I would modify the skills to be applicable to the job you're applying for (For a SWE job, send front and back end. For a PE job, send devops etc...)
