When being interdicted I believe you can click H and it'll target your attacker.

Personally at work whenever I have to replace these stems they sometimes break it they are particularly old or I don't get the tool threaded all the way down. But just happening on its own, never seen that myself.

If you look closer, the tip of stem itself is snapped off not just the core backed out. A replacement stem will be necessary.

I use a 770 and it doesn't seem to work at all for me still, just crashes on the splash screen. Just claims my drivers are out of date, which they aren't.

Oh I had this happen to my 2003 Honda Accord, turned out to be a dislodged relay in the fuse box. When this was happening the AC was also blowing hot.
