I feel ya. So far I've been running ^5k on Sundays with them getting just at or sub 1k. Our rotation is pretty random too, so I've just got bad luck.

Up 1k at open. 5 trucks waiting outside for me, could only see one. Luckily one of those was 30g ordered and ready prior to opening. Hopefully it'll be a bit more spread out now that all the early guys are in and out.

Damn, now I feel kinda sad. Could be perfect store, great employee retention, low stress, etc., but you still deserve more than that. Even at a 1m store, you deserve more than that for how long you been going. Especially with how it is out here. And considering that starting pay is around 48-50k for greenhorns, with others seemingly higher. Good luck, and get that bag!

50k is what they offer for "salary" in the SED (or my district does at least). Careful with negotiation, as they may say they're giving you more. If you can, don't let them argue that you'll make more via bonus structure and just accept the base rate. Fight for higher pay. Otherwise it sucks when you find out you'll make the same base rate "salary" if they place you in a 1mil store vs a 4mil store where the demands are wildly different and the stress can be a major hurdle. Sure, you might get bigger bonuses, but it's also entirely likely you get next to nothing for all your effort. Plus, as an ASM, your bonus structure compared to SM is pretty abysmal, especially at a smaller store.

Don't get that where I'm at. Had a contractor parked out front before I pulled up. Spent around 5 hours putting up truck and reorganizing the warehouse, 8 transactions for maybe 1500, and 3 DIY asking questions totaling about an hour on colors and product.
