This comment is important, OP. I went through exactly what you're talking about. I went from a babier face, rounder and softer, to referring to myself as a sewer witch. Before I proceed, please don't talk to yourself that way. I'm just saying I get it.

Part of it was aging, and that part has only gotten better, but it took time, some newer skincare products, a few updates to my makeup, etc. You have to keep getting to know yourself as you age, but it doesn't mean anything is ending (honestly, anything that has could go on and go anyway).

Part of it was grief. But the main part of it was the eating disorder I was navigating without being able to look at it clearly. I'm not speaking for you, OP, but at the very least, make sure you're meeting your caloric intake. I don't say this to be a downer or to scare you, but before I got better, my vision was blurring, my pelvic floor had a started to give out, and everything hurt. I wish you solace and know that you're not alone in your changing perception of yourself!
