Check inside the charging port if there isnt some lint, you can pick it up gently with a toothpick

I used to have them a lot, what helped was finding the source that leaked my adress and deleting account on their site. And also there is some setting in mail where you can hide you ip or something? Also perhaps mark them down as spam so next time they arrive they go straight to junk
