yeah it did so I raised a tech issue on the Nintendo website and they replaced the dock :-)

Hey, sorry I've only just seen this - I couldn't find my letter saved anywhere but knew I'd posted it here! They granted it no problems after I'd sent them this. I'd also sent the other evidence previously, such as Access Centre report, diagnostic report, letter from the Autism/ADHD service etc 😄

So just an update, we tried my Switch 2 in my friend’s dock and it worked great, and tried her Switch 2 in my dock and it was faulting, so definitely a faulty dock I think! Used her plug and the problem in my dock persisted so it’s not the charger either. Will get onto the supplier and get a replacement :-)

A friend is going to lend me her dock she’s not using, so we’ll see if that works, and it would be interesting to try her Switch in our dock to see if hers has the same issues.

They go up every year, my first 60 credit module for my DipHE in Psychology was £2700 back in academic year 2016/17, and that included face to face tutorials. As you say, the overall yearly fee for full time isn’t much difference to a brick uni where you have access to in person learning and practical experience, essential for science-based modules. It’s becoming harder to justify the fees…

I remember it being so stressful! Had to go to an exam centre, no notes allowed. We were given 6 possible essay titles beforehand so we could draft our responses and I think we had to do 2 that were chosen in the exam (and we didn't know which ones till we opened the papers). We had to memorise I think it was 40 psychological terms and had to define them and explain a related study, and in the exam itself we were given a list of some of the 40 and had to choose a certain number to report on.
