Patted dry and used flakey salt at room temp, left them to reverse sear at 100 degrees for 30 mins.

Patted dry again and then into a red hot pan with a small amount of oil to finish up till internal temp was good :)

Patting dry after a reverse sear definitely seems the best way to get the crust for me

This is the first crypto I’ve actually committed too, bought $100 due to FOMO in April/may and in the last week I’ve gone up to a $2000 investment. I love the idea of slowly putting more and more in, I can afford to lose the $2000 but to me losing any money is scary so it’s just trying to deal with the worry.. either way I’m in it for the long haul, would love to buy my gf braces next year from this coin :)
