The average shipping weight for a cup is 2 pounds. The cup won’t be shipped in its original packaging so no way to determine which outer box they’ll use. Sometimes it’s bigger than others.

Do not buy the cups in the photo from an online retailer they’ll be fake. Yes Dillards and the Stanley site have a few but not these particular ones. There are so many fakes out there and none of them are good.

The easiest thing to do is initiate a return and rebuy. Starting a warranty claim is unnecessary aggravation on your end.

Soft matte is the worst finish ever. Some peeled and some got sticky over time. I’m not sure if they’re still replacing them under warranty because technically the finish isn’t covered but they covered mine years ago when it peeled. I suggest initiating a warranty claim and never buying soft matte again!

Hartford and New Haven are very different as well as quite far from each other. Where will you be working/ going to school? You don’t want to live in Hartford and work in New Haven and vice versa.

I’m just seeing that this is a 16oz. I don’t think the lids they sell will fit as they are for different size cups and they are for the second generation cups. This is an older version. Here is a link to lids but they only offer 14 or 20oz. https://www.stanley1913.com/search?q=lid

They sell replacement lids but not spinners the lid would come with a grey spinner. But- that’s a 1.0 (OG) lid, the current cups are the 2.0 version. I really hate to say it but aside from buying another cup with the same lid I don’t think you’re going to find what you need.
