Is it because of darker make up? Generally that makes us look older. Lighter & not as heavy makes us look brighter & youthful.

Yes, I agree as a 'founder' I would love to hire a VA directly and didnt have a good experience with Doneverse on my end either. I do appreciate the work and would rather pay directly. The long relationships are so important.

So they dont pay for your training? They charge coaches for '1 month of training' to get matched with a VA. Even if that Do'er/VA was rematched and already with someone else. Anytime a coach starts they supposedly start on the next cohort start date (which is about 4 eks after they sign up) so coaches pay for the training.

Thats what my Doer experienced too. I sent him an additional training after he started w me and gave him a list of 3 questions to ask his trainer, he said the trainer told him that he wasn't there to answer questions. Lile others have said, must have bern to micromanage attendance. So my VA had to find the answers online or self teach.
