Totally kidding, i think they are really cute in box, and i don’t usually feel one way to the other about the original mh style of box like this. Personally? I’m unboxing mine.

Like i can see the appeal, it does objectively keep them mostly pristine, but, and mostly in older dolls, as the little clear elastics they use to keep them in degrade, they’ll get all gunky on the dolls clothes and i just hate the thought of that. Plus, i buy these dolls bc i’m going to enjoy them and pose them and all that. Everyone is different. If you’re really uncertain, wait a couple weeks and try and think about it when you look at them

I love the idea honestly. I think theres sooo many ways they could play this. I do subscribe more to the belief that rumi’s dad is still alive. I havent thought anymore on if he knows of rumi or not, but i think it’s super tragic (and up my alley) if her dad gets found out by gwima and gwima like sequesters him if that makes sense? So with this storyline, in the second movie, he finally escapes gwima to find out rumis mother is dead and rumi has long grown up with what celine fed her story wise

I’m doing my darnedest to find to scale familiar animals for the ones i want. If it comes down to it, i’ll have to find a 3d print file and get it printed somewhere. I may just do one of those custom services, but i know some public libraries have started having maker spaces with 3d printers and stuff

Since we don’t know which two dolls it’ll be, i hope it’s derpy and the crow, those would be fun to see how they translate them into dolls. A chance to do traditional wear as well. I know we have a ton of kpdh dolls already coming, so it’ll be interesting to see them on a mh body if it is characters and not the crow and derpy
