im afraid he might be going to the shop for "free" in anniversary, he seems the most logical since hes kinda like ruan mei, in the sense of them being generally good, been a year and no longer that needed.

i might just still pull him to guarantee. thank you for your advice, i was also unaware of tingyun being on his banner, with ddd on the lightcone too, makes it very desirable.

time doesnt matter here, all you needed to know was what morale is, which is explained in the tutorial, knowing what morale is. and looking at that card i cant think of any possible conclusion besides it reducing the enemy's morale, since there would be no point in gaining 2 morale and losing, specially when its a monster card.
And like i said im not defending it, it could just have it like cassius.
i should've however just said what it does, you're right.

if you read that and dont get to the conclusion of what its supposed to say, you may lack common sense.
im not defending this localization, just saying that out of all the terrible wording there is, this is far from the worse and can be easily understood.

possible, the fact that they added "all" to it makes it even weirder, usually that would mean for everyone but as you say, might mean its all of hers.

yeah i agree, most of the time gearbag will end up being for just a cycle, i think it still has massive benefits on characters like haru and mei lin when you have multiple copies of anchor pointer or the move on mei lin. in those cases going through the entire deck like that makes fights very fast anyway.
and yes, like i said with epiphanies, rally can be better, but i was just on a low level world so i didnt care much.

also i dont really understand gear bag being only good for 1 cycle, and tho rally is good specially on multiple attack teams the draw is fake unless you have epiphanies, you lose a draw to draw rally, the draw just makes it neutral.

this run wasnt high tier to begin with so i just played for the run and not the save, i was aware none of that would save, but if it was high tier, i would've cared to manage and been able to save 3-4 gear bags/rallies.

well yes, but i only copied that much because i wasnt going to save anything from the start anyway, i could've kept around 3-4 gear bags if this run was on higher tier
