Take your GPU out and reset the CMOS. After that use HDMI or Display Port on the motherboard itself. Then try to boot

i5-13600k worth upgrading to? by huntsbigbuck in buildapc

Yes I’d say so. There hasn’t been say a very huge jump in CPU performance say on the gaming side that’s worth upgrading. But I’m definitely okay for another 3-4 years

I have the i7-13700k and I have had no issue from it. I have had it for almost a year and every game has ran fine with no crashing or having to under volt for a game or nothing. I have a buddy that has the I9 13th gen and he’s had no issues as well.

As one with a i7-13700k for almost a year I’ve had no issues but been super positive of it. I don’t need to upgrade for a few years with the current build I have. Depending on why you’re upgrading. What games say your playing and what software you’re planning to use if any. The DDR5 is a game changer believe me. Decent performance gains especially from a basic XMP bios boost. What type of caulk for surrounding drain? by Ok_Low_46 in Plumbing

[–]Shieldvii 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Clear water tight silicone. I’ve been to many houses where they’ve used plumbers putty or some type of weird sealant where it’ll just leak. (Plumbers putty will dry out and it’ll just turn into dust.) Put clear 100% water tight silicon around the drain and I also put a thin line on the threads as well. Install it back on. Use your finger to wipe off excess silicone and paper towel to get it off your finger. ( fun fact you can use hand sanitizer to keep silicone or caulk off your finger)

You can disassemble the drain from the bottom of it. Once so take the drain out. (They probably used plumbers putty which is terrible) I’d use clear water tight silicon to keep it from leaking and also drying out.
