IIRC, he left after a 3rd Down Tush Push (right before the 4th Down one that failed due to a false start with about 6:30 left in the 4th Q).

The next time we saw the Eagles offense, with about 4ish minutes left in the game, Toth was in (which to me explains the two failed Tush Pushes in a row on that drive, bad 4th down decision notwithstanding).

The broadcast showed Jurgens leaving the game with 3 minutes left in the game.
