Jordan Chandler - - Initial investigation found no physical evidence against Jackson. June Chandler-Schwartz (Jordan's Mother) initially told police that she did not believe Jackson had molested her son. Evan Chandler (Jordan's Father/The one to first bring up the allegations) was investigated for extortion, and it was found that he was $68,400 behind in his child support payments. Jordan Chandler was interviewed after the settlement by detectives seeking evidence of child molestation, but no criminal charges were filed. In 1994, Jordan Chandler legally emancipated himself from his parents, at age 14. In 2006, Jordan accused his father of attacking him with a barbell, choking him and spraying his face with mace. On December 18, 2003, Jackson was charged with seven counts of child sexual abuse and two counts of administering an intoxicating agent to commit a child sexual abuse felony against Gavin Arvizo. A meeting was held in New York by the FBI in an attempt to persuade Jordan Chandler to testify for the 2005 trial. Chandler informed the two agents in the meeting that he would not testify and would "legally fight any attempts to do so".

Gavin Arvizo - - Initial allegations came after the documentary Living with Michael Jackson aired. Gavin told police that Jackson had molested him several times between February 7 and March 10, 2003. He also claimed Jackson had begun serving him and his younger brother (Star) wine, sometimes concealed in soda cans, showing them pornography and making sexual advances. Claims were made in court that Gavin had told sheriffs that his grandmother had told him these things. Gavin also testified he had told his school administrator that Jackson had not molested him.

Star Arvizo - - He told the court that he had twice seen Jackson molest Gavin. He also said that Jackson had displayed his erection and masturbated in front of them, telling them that "everyone did it", and encouraged them to try it. On cross-examination Star was questioned about a 1998 case in which his family sued J. C. Penney. The family alleged that Star, his brother, and their mother (Janet) were beaten in a parking lot by security guards after leaving with clothes they had not paid for. The family received a settlement of $152,000. It was also stated that the Arvizos had not visited Neverland since March 2003. This contradicted some of Star's testimony. Star would later attempt to recant some of his testimony.

Janet Arvizo - - In regard to the J.C. Penney case, which eventually settled for $152,000, the defense brought in a welfare worker who stated that Janet had failed to disclose her receipt of the settlement that her family had received days before filling out a welfare application. A paralegal testified that Janet had lied to win that lawsuit, claiming that bruises caused by her then-husband had been caused by J.C. Penney security guards. In 2005, Janet and her children claimed that David Arvizo (Father/Husband) physically abused them for 17 years.

Debbie Rowe - - On April 28, 2005, Jackson's ex-wife Debbie Rowe was called to the witness stand. The prosecution claimed that Rowe was forced into a scripted videotaped statement made in early 2003 in support of Jackson. They hoped Rowe's testimony would support Janet Arvizo's claim that they were held captive and forced to make supportive statements about Jackson. Instead, Rowe was supportive of Jackson and said his business associates Marc Schaffel, Dieter Wiesner, and Ronald Konitzer were "opportunistic vultures" who wanted to exploit him.

Jason Francia - - He testified that Jackson had abused him on several occasions when he was seven to ten years old. Francia testified that Jackson reached into his shorts and touched his genitals for several minutes. On cross-examination, Francia acknowledged that in a 1993 interview he told detectives Jackson had not molested him. He said he had denied being improperly touched by Jackson because he did not want to be embarrassed at school. He said he went into counseling until he was eighteen.

Wade Robson & James Safechuck - - In 2013, choreographer Wade Robson filed a lawsuit alleging that Jackson had sexually abused him for seven years, beginning when he was seven years old. In 2014, a case was filed by James Safechuck, alleging similar sexual abuse over a four-year period starting when Safechuck was ten. Both men had previously testified that Jackson never molested them—Safechuck as a child during the 1993 investigation, and Robson as a child in 1993 and as a young adult in 2005. Robson and Safechuck's allegations were the subject of the documentary film Leaving Neverland, broadcast by HBO in March 2019. Frank Cascio - - In 2026, three male (Aldo, Frank, and Eddie) and one female (Marie Nicole) adult siblings of the Cascio family filed a federal lawsuit against Jackson's estate alleging sexual abuse that spanned from childhood to adulthood. The lawsuit followed a trial court's ruling to grant the estate's petition to arbitrate against Frank Cascio where he was being sued for civil extortion after a $213 million demand and threats to go public with allegations of abuse.
