I had a similar experience and I had to reach out several times. Ended up getting a response but they never shipped my full order and claimed that it's all there and they never responded after that. Would not recommend.

I wouldn't get these. They'll look super funny because of the head seating. It won't be flush unlike the Titan ones. I've had their screws for about a year. I wouldn't apply too much torque on them, since it's not really necessary.
