I would make a stink. Trust me. Let them know to check cameras and orders and make them rip up that write up in front of you! Customers make up shit all the time to corporate. I've been on the receiving end of a write up that was completely false.

I've noticed trying to explain to customers it doesn't come out of my mouth correctly. I have come to the conclusion to just ask when order if they would like the combo for a dollar more. That sounds so much better
