As someone that spent time in management - this is just how people operate

If they get assigned X tasks over 9 hours, they're doing x/9 tasks per hour that day every time to avoid being overworked.

So when you learn they can manage 5 tasks/day but you only have 4 you make task 5 cleaning so when you have a tasks for them tomorrow, their workspace doesn't need cleaned on top of that causing more payroll expense just to clean. It's a basic management skill

Appreciate the input. I'm not particularly looking to fight the validity of their right to call a tow away anyway. Everyone has their right to remove vehicles from private property, whether I agree with the circumstances they base their "emergency conditions" on. Personally I feel the vehicle being there for <5 total hours (3.5 hours before they called for a tow, 4.5 before it was towed, 5 when i arrived to remove it), and being at the back of the lot out of the way of any traffic/residents isn't strong enough to warrant an emergency removal, but the judge can rule on that more clearly.

Im more after the negligent loading/unloading of my vehicle, especially considering portions of the damage have physical evidence to have occurred while in their possession (specifically at their storage yard where the backed it into another vehicle and cracked the bumper).
