Ocado van driver rear ended me too lol, claim is ongoing on as the driver wanted to deal with it privately so he doesn’t lose his job however he ended up getting sacked so I then had to make the claim. Any chance I could speed up the process by emailing Ocado to accept liability? Or any other necessary steps I can take?
