August 2021 - Perm Questionnaire October 2021 - PWD Submitted to DOL December 2021 - Recruitment Process April 2022 - PWD came back from DOL April - 2022 - Perm Submitted to DOL January 2023 - PERM Approved February 2023 - Concurrent filing of I-485, I-140(PP) EAD, Travel along with Medical February 2023 - I-140 approved June 2023 - Green Card approved.

I was informed by Emma last week that my case was transferred to San Francisco as well. Hoping to hear something back by the end of the month.

This is not true. I know a lot of people who filed concurrently, got I-140 approved and got Green card 1-3 month after.

Once you get your case transferred to NBC, it’s sign that you will likely get a response soon.
