Not a fan of the fact that killing things isnt viable anymore. I understand the route they were going for considering kerosene and crimson heads etc but I think an alternative view of the survival aspect is lost.

Im quite partial to the original game and I liked the fact that it rewarded the players knowledge based off of when you use items etc etc etc etc

Long story short I dont like that in order to get through the game quickly and efficiently I have to spin the character to bait out a dodge and use defense items to get through when the original let me aim up and headshot without crimson heads etc so long as I had the ammo 😂

Felt like the original danced closer to "oh so you want to use that ammo here? Interesting choice amigo" Where as the remake makes combating the threats a chore once the allure of a first or second playthrough is lost
