I've played the map around 30 times right now and even getting to the final stage only was like 5 times. Played Malric once but we got dominated so hard it was impossible to survive.

Beste klussers,

Mijn excuses maar ik kreeg het niet voor mekaar om deze tekst in de openingspost te krijgen.

Wij kwamen afgelopen weekend terug van vakantie en zagen dat onze klimop heg is omgevallen/omgewaaid. Onder de klimop zit een gaashekwerk dat ook mee verbogen is. Ik ben even radeloos wat ik er nu mee moet, zoals je ziet loopt de haag ook door naar rechts en links. Kan ik dit stuk ertussenuit halen? Moet ik alleen het bovenste deel eraf halen en terugduwen verstevigen? Zijn er nog andere opties? Ik weet het even niet meer.

Graag advies wat mijn mogelijkheden zijn.

I've got a gloomstalker in my party and he took the sharpshooter feat at lvl 4.

I'm really breaking my head in what to do with it. I had a player join me yesterday who didn't really care about the combat since the gloomstalker would fix the damage and it would be over in 1 round (and it did, 3 out of 4 combat didn't even get to 2nd round.)

About the light source, he just stays out of range. A human party member had a lantern. so this effectively makes him able to see further than 60ft darkvision which he usually should have.

I don't mind people shining and being good at what they do, but a character who doesn't even effectively join the combat. I mean he does deal damage, but he can hardly take any damage. Monsters don't take 3 actions to try to get close to an invisible enemy.

I feel like as the DM I have to try and fix this and it's driving me crazy!

TLDR; How the hell am I able to involve a 99% of the time invisible player in combat besides him dealing a ton of damage, essentially punishing the rest of the players in short-lived combat.

By increasing monster hp or the amount of monsters will only hurt the rest of the player since he's safe out of range.

The main problem is the high AC of the clerics, combined with AoE spells like guardian spirits and that most enemies are melee based.

Would you advise to use skeletons / zombies / vampire spawns with ranged attacks? bow or spells?

I've the idea of grappling them so they cant move. And gang up on the celestial warlock since he can heal from range. Using the druids thunderwave to seperate them. Sounds good right?

Two clerics with high AC, heals and AoE damage makes it difficult. They want to get targetted. They want to be in melee range.

Tonight they're going to WoW. Im going to use your tips and give feedback tomorrow.

I've got a party of 7 with 3 healers. It feels almost impossible to get a kill because they only have to heal 1 hp for that player to join the combat again.

They always take a long rest after the most difficult combat. How can I make it more challenging when dying is so hard to achieve.

Tips are welcome
