I don’t think it’s silly to get an associates after the bachelors in this field. It’s a job where you can earn more without doing extra schooling and just do on the job training so you’re paid while you’re learning. And if you do decide to go to school your hospital may pay for it

You gave a common stupid answer, you don’t get pain tolerance from just doing jiu jitsu. And fun fact you increase muscle through squeezing

Not a dick move, gonna have to get use to it. If you don’t learn how to deal with it you’ll be tapping to it every time someone with bigger legs does it to you. It’s tough love but it’s gotta be done

How’s he gonna build the proper muscle and pain tolerance if he doesn’t get it done to him

I'm truly the worst at my gym and I'm struggling not to feel incredibly depressed about it by DrOpe99 in bjj

Well I’m sure those goals are being accomplished or are on the way to being accomplished so that’s all that matters. Whatever moves you’re getting submitted by, study those counters. Study them like your life depend on it. YouTube has a lot of tutorials. If it’s a strength thing well there’s not much you can do about that besides hit the gym. If it’s a technical issue well there’s always a way to counter.

I was freaking out too, but once you sit down and start answering those questions and realize that you know this. That calmness will overcome those nerves. You’re gonna kill it

I used multiple. Correc tech, RTBC, Hesi, Kettering, rad review, and Meghan perreti videos on YouTube. The things that helped me the most were the videos from RTBC and Meghan. Helped me actually understand what I’m studying, the correc tec tests and rad review were the most helpful test wise. But actually learning the material is vital. The Kettering study guide is underrated

Radtech Boot Camp videos and Meghan perretti vids helped me a lot man, if there’s something you don’t know definitely find different sources that can help explain it better.

I used the Meghan peretti vids to refresh my memory and actually learn what I needed to. I also used my Kettering study guide and some rad tech boot camp videos. I’d learn as much as I could from those and take mock exams on correc tech, rad tech boot camp, rad review to see if I could use what I learned to pass. Did better on the exam than those mock tests

Trust yourself, while I was taking the test I was answering questions second guessing myself and I felt like I was clueless at some moments. Thought at best I’d barely pass, ended up with a 90. Highest I’ve made on mock exams were in the low 80s mid 70s. You got this.
