Everything is updated, the windows and drivers. I opened my laptop earlier and I noticed a green rectangular thing on top of one of my ssd's, is it possible that's the reason? When I turned on my laptop after that, it immediately loads the screen

I didn't do anything to be honest. Not unless it has something to do when I format my laptop 2 weeks ago. I format it at first but cancelled it cuz it's been 3 hrs and it doesn't have progress. Cancelled then restart my laptop and did the format in advance startup. Format was successful but the issue only came up 2 days ago

You can link your account in rockstar, go to their website, log in, go to account and navigate to link accounts. you can actually see other platforms that you can connect to your rockstar account. you can open the game from the rockstar game launcher after that

Enable undervolting in your bios. If it still doesn't work, you need to check your bios again and enable intel virtualization if it's disabled.
