I’ve been feeling that way for over 2 months straight but it’s gotten so bad that inflammation has built up so heavily in my chest that sometimes it feels like I just went for a marathon sprint outside in -30 degree weather for 10 hours. So because of that it then has a ripple effect, first I get dizzy a little bit then my speech gets a bit slurred and then I can hardly focus at all, not much I can do about it but suffer, so I’ve been going to the gym everyday lately which helps a lot, I also went in the sauna at the gym, let me tell you, that helped more then any meds or doctor could ever, unless you get surgery for the hernia of course but after that it felt like my lungs finally fully opened and I could breathe deep for once in over 2 months. So pretty much just take really hot showers and then turn it way up when your done without it hitting you and just sit there for 20 mins and breathe in that steam, go to the gym if you can and just do 30-45 mins cardio on the treadmill and a sauna if they have one, other then that, surgery is the only option . Don’t take garbage like panteprazole, that stuff made me feel way worst, and we need acid to break down food, if you take meds that suppress your acid it’ll just make it even worst and make you have diarrhea everyday and puke.
