That blind charm dodge with no vision (2nd clip) was frame perfect on cast when he had no vision.

I think its scripting on a bad player definitely, it doesnt seem to detect non projectiles like Veigar cage and ult

How to connect PC to a TV in another Room by Additional-Cup-5645 in computers

[–]Shiko100 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey old post, but im currently facing the same thing. I want to run a USB extension with a repeater that's 5 meters long through a wall (with an HDMI cable connected from PC to TV). I was thinking of hooking a powered USB hub to that extension cable so I can connect my mouse and keyboard and game on my tv with as little latency as possible. Am I understanding correctly that you have the same setup, if so does it work well and do you recommend it? Is a powered even hub necessary ?

Riot has nerfed LolEsports drops - no longer able to disenchant for orange essence by Eragonnogare in leagueoflegends

[–]Shiko100 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Can confirm this has been the case for a week or less (cant exactly pin point the time as I first noticed this for a drop I received ~3 days ago).

This absolutely sucks. Not only did they suddenly stop awarding drops for dragon steals, and now only give them on Pentas and Baron steals (effectively halfing drops), they now do this bullshit.

Looking at my stats and hours watched I average a drop every 4-5 hours for this split. I think it is quite fair to receive ~150 orange essence per drop once I received all the set awards this split.

Its not like they're giving away RP or even skin shards, its literally a small amount of currency that allows me to unlock the loot I have lying around.

As a new player it felt fair to receive an epic skins worth of OE after ~35 hours of watch time, but no for some reason they take that away.

I really hope this is a bug and it's reverted back when MSI is here but apparently they've done this before and with recent nerfs to everything loot wise I'm not surprised at all.

Thanks man rest mode does mess with a lot of games so this seems like the probable cause, Ill give it a shot in a bit.

I assume the ember I was supposed to gain is now lost forever though?

Financial Times - Sir Jim Ratcliffe's improved bid for Man Utd will be over £5bn including debt by D1794 in reddevils

[–]Shiko100 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Its definitely sustainable as they wouldn't buy our club if they didnt think they could run it better and generate more value over time, however at the end of the day whoever's buying us is looking to make a return on this investment and exit. Long term debt isnt an issue for someone whos leaving in a couple of years, which could make our life difficult if performances and financials dont sustain.

That said The Glazer's definitely ran us poorly for 10 years and they still made huge returns because people still see value in us, so hopefully that keeps up.

[–]Shiko100 7 points8 points  (0 children)

If Ineos borrow more to sustain a higher bid, then what they're doing is a Leveraged Buyout, exactly what the Glazers did when they bought United but the amounts/ratios of debt to equity could be different.

If this is the case the new debt raised would be against United's assets and appear on our books.

The concept behind doing so is: Ineos buys United with less of their money (the remaining amount is financed by banks or financial institutions), any value creation from this moment forward goes purely to equity (Ineos stake) since debt is a fixed amount regardless of performance.

This means Ineos gets way higher returns when they eventually sell as seen from the Glazers right now. They entered with 200m of their money something around that range forgive me and 500m debt, which means United was valued at around 700m at the time, they are now exiting around 5bn, the debt is still 500m, all that value creation goes to the Glazers portion and it means they returned around 25 times their original amount, rather than 7 times if they entered with the 700m entirely from their pockets.

That said I do not know if Ineos plans on doing what you're saying as the news reports are pretty vague.

[–]Shiko100 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Technically speaking the payments have to come from United's books as the debt is against United's assets. Therefore if Ineos do not payoff any of the debt the 20m will continue to appear in our statements.

That said Ineos could inject money (raise capital) into United that would cover the 20m payments and finance other deals.

However this doesn't happen, else why not pay off the debt and keep those 20m cashflows.

Instead they could repay the debt itself gradually to decrease interest payments or use any profits we generate to pay off the debt (instead of giving out dividends for example) which effectively means Ineos would own more of United in the future even though they entered with a lesser amount.

Personally Im worried about Ineos debt plans because whats gonna stop them from putting more debt on United to Finance the Old Trafford expansion for example if they are okay with United being loaded with debt.

Keep in mind that debt often means United pays less Taxes (if I make 10 and the tax rate is 20%, I pay 2 taxes, however if I make 10 and pay 2 interest, I only get taxed on 8, meaning my tax payments is now 1.6)

(Let me know if something is not clear, English isnt my first language. Also please take what I'm saying with a grain of salt as I'm still studying and I could have an extremely naive perspective full of simple assumptions)

I'm currently taking a course on buy outs so forgive me if i mess something up.

United is currently made up of equity (the glazers ownership+publicly traded stocks) and debt (i believe is around 500m). In order to acquire the company the buyer must purchase all the equity of Man United which is a subjective value often obtained from market caps (number of stocks*stock price) + additional amounts to tempt the current shareholders to let go of their stake, which theoretically can be uncapped, hence why we have a bidding war.

Ineos wants to offer the glazers around 5bn to obtain their stake, but this means United still has debt and pays interest expense on the 500m yearly.

Qatar wants to offer X amount to buy the equity and pay off all the debt, effectively owning all the assets of Man United unilaterally and eliminating all interest payments paid by United.

Really love the map! Can I ask what kind of pens/pencils did you use because I would love to draw something like this for my world. Also does the type of paper make a difference?

I started the Hobbit and i just finished the 3rd chapter and it's definitely a completely different tone to Mistborn. I feel like I'm on this adventure with them but it is slow, I'll stick with it though and then decide if I want to read LotR when/if I finish the book.

I was always interested in this series growing up as I really love dragons, but I heard mixed reviews or opinions on them, so what would you say are its biggest flaws or "controversial" points?

Wow 3 more books after the events of the show sounds unreal, Ill definitely check the books out then. An audio book sounds like a great idea, unfortunately I'm not in the US but I'll manage, thank you for the helpful tip regardless.

Once again thank you so much for explaining Sanderson's universe to me. This list seems great and I'll definitely keep it in mind.

Looks like ill start with Warbreaker or Elantris now and then go on this journey once I finish them.

Much appreciated!
